For the first time together.

The art works specially made for the Pink Gala were finally shown yesterday night.

In the morning all artists gathered at the church and we had a chance to meet each other.
Siebrand Weitenberg and Simon Anderton helped specially on the hanging.
This first part of the project was short, as it was only for one evening. But we are very satisfied as we had 400 guests looking with true interest at the exhibit.

The guests also were able to ask their questions to Marjolijn den Boer and Lisette Verkerk, two of the artists, who were the whole night giving explanation, promoting the art, answering questions and talking to the press.
We were very lucky to sell 5 works. At the end of the night Simon joined us to make all the packing and we brought it all to my home. We went finally to bed at 3 o'clock in the morning.

As you can see trough the photographs the artists were really dedicated at making their pieces.
Thank you very much to all artists, Martin Paternotte who had everything to do with the panels and the illumination and Anneke Vreeswijk who worked on the logistics and organization.
